Here is a quick summary of our POSITIVE experience with the RTS Roofing LLC Team. It all began with a hail storm and an homeowner's insurance discrepancy. I did the research and everything pointed to RTS Roofing LLC. The owner, Ed, worked with me to ensure high quality materials were used and approved by the insurance company. He kept me in the loop throughout the process, so I knew when the materials were ordered, what the team would do to ensure their safety and that of our home, what to expect during the install, and when the work would be completed. Everything was executed perfectly. The team arrived on time, with the appropriate supplies, and the work was completed in less than two days (this was achieved during a busy period for roofers who were also dealing with COVID’s impact on the supply chain). The team was a polite, professional, hard-working. When the work was completed, we had a beautiful, high quality roof, and you couldn’t tell anyone worked on site. All the related debris was removed and the team scoured the site used rolling magnets, rakes, and a leaf blower. We are extremely happy with the roof and would highly recommend the RTS Roofing LLC Team.

Ed and his crew were fantastic to work with. We had roofs replaced on 2 homes. The quote was detailed and timely. Work began and finished quickly. He was professional and ensured we had what we wanted and a quality job. Would definitely recommend RTS roofing and would use again!

Ed and team did a great roofing job for me. They did it quick, they closely watched the weather for rain, and made adjustments that I desired as they progressed.
