One day I noticed some shingles were loose and remembered that RTS Roofing had installed the roof about 10 years ago. With what you hear about roofers, I was surprised the were still around, even though they did an outstanding job and cleaned up everything after themselves .

I called and Ed answered the phone. He remembered doing the job and said he would be out the day after tomorrow. He showed up with some shingles and climbed up in the 45 degree roof. When he got up there he noticed a few more spots where the shingles were loose. He told me that he needed needed more shingles to fix the spots. He said he would have some men come out in 2 days with the materials needed. They appeared when promised and completed the repairs, even replacing some of the ridge and replacing a spot where a tree limb had rubbed the roof. (They even trimmed the tree limb so it would not happen for quite a while.) They cleaned up again and missed nothing.

When I asked what I owed him he said he would cover it under warranty (after 10 years) and only asked that I post a review.

I happily post this review of the job done by RTS on my 45 degree roof. The original roof replacement was done in a craftsman like manner, done when promised and when they left you could not tell they had been there. When I called after 10 years they were here in two days and when they discovered additional repairs they got additional material and came back in two days and finished the same day. Again RTS completed the job in the highest quality manner and cleaned the area as they had done previously.

I cannot recall when a company did an outstanding job initially and matched that level of performance doing repairs 10 years later.

If you want a high quality roofing job, done when promised and leaving nothing that would evidence that they had been there. And will be around to take care of any problems (even 10 years later), call RTS.

We needed to replace our roof before putting solar panels down. Ed from RTS came out quickly to give us an estimate, and then followed with the work very soon after. He did a wonderful job, even came back to fix areas around our chimney that were more extensive than estimated without changing the cost. Great company! I highly recommend them.

We recently had the roof on both my parents and my house replaced by RTS. From the get go Ed was easy to talk to and not at all pushy. He gave us a bunch of options and offered a great price without any haggling. I got three quotes and he was by far the best. In fact a major roofing company in the area quoted nearly double his price for the same materials. Crazier still they offered to match his price once I told them what he quoted us. Of course I gave RTS the business for being fair from the start.

He started work quickly, and was in and out in two days (one story SFR). One to drop off material, the second to do the work. The finished product looks great!

OUTSTANING company and leadership, fair, honest, professional, high-quality materials and workmanship! These are some minimum words I can use to express my full-satisfactory experience working with this company, specially with Mr. Ed Neura.

I needed to replace my home's roof and after two weeks of my thorough search and detail analysis of available options for products and quality of workmanship, I made a full-page listing questions about this project. I called Ed and in my first conversation with him, he took his time and patiently answered all my questions. I learned he has been telling his honest opinion which matched with my on line studies and also he uses the best quality shingles, underlayment, drip-edge, and other needed material for a roof replacement. Moreover, his total cost estimate for the whole job was very fair and most compatible, yet he gave me free upgrades adding rid-event, for better attic ventilation, to my roof which I did not have before, quality shingles upgrade, and excellent warranty! Ed ALWAYS answered his phone and ALWAYS was on time for our appointments. He personally spent the whole day with his crew during the installation, he provided advice and helped me with other issues with house, including issues with my gutter, exposed outside waterlines, my fence, flowerbed, etc.

I find Mr. Neura an intelligent, honest, EXTREMELY knowledgeable and well-experienced in his profession (and other trades!), attention to details, positive attitude and easy to work with, professional, a kind and quite personable individual!
